General Return Policy
In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued in the form of original form of payment, and the original invoice has to be provided.
Please note: A product is considered used if it has been installed, worn, tested, or altered in any way, even if used indoors or only once. Products must be returned in resalable condition, with no signs of wear, use, or installation.
Used items will not be accepted by Playtri St. Petersburg.
Email stpete@playtri.com with your order# and the item(s) you want to return. We will follow up within 48hrs.
Used items or those missing original packaging are not eligible for full refund. If accepted, a minimum 50% depreciation fee will apply. For orders with free shipping, our actual shipping cost will also be deducted. Additional fees may apply for missing parts or damaged packaging.
Bicycles, Frames, and Wheels
Bikes, Frames, and Wheels cannot be returned. Exchanges must be within 30 days of delivery or receiving the item. Product must be in new, unused condition and subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Playtri does not compensate for building fees. Some parts on the bike such as front wheel, saddle and bars will arrive uninstalled to fit the bike into its box. We strongly encourage taking the bicycle to a bike shop for assembly.
If you want your bike to be fully assembled and adjusted before shipping, you must select the "Ready to Ride Service – Quick Set Up" option $395.00 at checkout. If you missed it but want to add it, you must notify us before the bike ships — once shipped, Ready to Ride cannot be added.
The model year listed on our website is based on manufacturer specifications and component design, not the physical manufacture date stamped on the bike, which may differ due to shipping timelines or carryover models.
Demo Bicycles and Demo Wheels have a 1-year warranty from date of purchase.
Apparel, Shoes, and Accessories
All apparel, shoes, and accessories must be returned in new and unused condition with all parts, original tags, and packaging materials within 30 days of purchase.
Wrong Item Sent (Size/Color/Model - Error by Playtri)
If Playtri shipped an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or model), please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Special Orders and Sale Items
All Special-Order & Sale items are final sale.
A Special Order is an item that Playtri does not actively stock or sell and specific orders from a manufacturer or distributor for a customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health concerns, Playtri is unable to accept any returns of nutrition, supplements, consumable food products, swimming items, this includes but is not limited to swimsuits, goggles, fins, and paddles.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
All cancelled orders are subject to a 3% restocking fee to cover transaction fees. Other fees may apply for packing/unpacking costs, shipping costs etc.
Shipping and Delivery
International orders may be subject to tariffs, duties, and taxes based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included at checkout and must be paid separately before the order can ship. We’ll contact you with the total once it’s calculated.
Playtri does not refund shipping charges.
Playtri does not compensate for return shipping charges.
Follow these instructions to return any Online purchase by mail
- Make a photocopy of your original invoice for your records. Send us the original only!
- Circle the item(s) that you are returning for store credit or exchanging on the bottom portion of the invoice and note the specific reason why.
- Pack and seal your return or return's securely, in the original packaging if possible, and include the original invoice. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Important...We recommend you insure your return for the proper merchandise dollar amount, this covers you in the event the package is lost or damaged by the Post Office.
